Here’s what you’ll need to buy:

– 1 pckge (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

– 40 OREO cookies (or 1 entire pack of OREOS), finely crushed and set aside

***You may substitute half of the Oreos in his recipe with chocolate chip cookies or another cookie of choice.***

Here’s what you’ll need to do:

MIX: finely crushed OREO crumbs and cream cheese until blended.

SHAPE: into 48 (small, 1-inch) balls and place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.

MELT: BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate and dip each 1-inch ball into the melted chocolate after removing them from the freezer.

PLACE: dipped OREO balls on a shallow waxed paper-lined pan in a single-layer fashion and sprinkle any remaining cookie crumbs on top.

***Do NOT layer OREO balls on top of each other when placing them on pan.***

REFRIGERATE: for 1 hour or until firm.
