1 Cup frozen dragon-fruit(Pitaya)
1 Cup fresh or frozen pineapple
2 Cups water or coconut water
2-3 cups fresh or frozen mango
2-3 cups coconut water
4 cups chopped watermelon
2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
2 tbsp fresh lime juice

I’ve created a super simple detox drink and the perfect, light fall salad!

1 small pineapple (or half of a regular size)
1-2inch knob of ginger (depending on your spice preference)
Wash and prep your fruits and veggies. Don’t go crazy over the pineapple skin/pines, as long as you get most of the skin off the pines will just go with the rest of the fibers!
Starting with the ginger, juice all the ingredients and drink immediately!
4 cups mixed greens
1 Granny Smith Apple, julienned
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Wash and prep your greens. Set walnuts and apples aside.
Apple Cider Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup Braggs apple cider vinaigrette
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon grade A maple syrup (honey if not vegan)
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Throw everything into a small mason jar and shake her up! There will be plenty extra.
Toss the greens with your desired amount of dressing. Top with walnuts and apples! (If not vegan, blue cheese would be the perfect addition!)
