Greece, a land filled with rich history and ancient landmarks, but also known for its breathtaking beaches, from the black sands of Santorini to the party resorts of Mykonos. Two of our top brand ambassadors, adorable traveling sisters, Brooke and Camryn Hanna, just recently had the chance to explore the two most beautiful beaches in Greece.
It’s azure colored waters and illuminatingly white homes encompassing the surrounding city, has this beach giving us those major wanderlust feels. One of the most popular cities in the Greek islands, Mykonos is not only well-known for its beach, but also for it’s luxurious resorts and wild nightlife. Take a look at their jaw dropping images from this alluring and magical city.
Santorini is an exciting geographic oddity, with it being the remnants of a massive volcanic explosion that destroyed the island’s original civilizations and transformed it from one land mass into several. Famous for its black beaches, white windmills, and blue domes, this city is another major tourist destination, but despite that it has not lost it’s ethereal charm. The girl’s photos will make you want to grab an ISHINE365 bikini and hop on the next flight out.
1. What was your favorite restaurant in Greece?
The best restaurants were small and family owned, we really enjoyed the authentic greek and seafood restaurants and they are everywhere, especially in the port of Mykonos. KAVOS cafe bar had the freshest seafood as close to the water as it gets. Our favorite restaurant in Santorini was Sunset Ammoudi taverna located in the side of a rock, with unobstructed views of the cliffs and the Aegean sea.
2. Best nighttime spot?
In Mykonos, Super Paradise is a very popular spot during the day and into the night… located on the beach and Astra is the spot for a number of parties hosted year-round and is located in the town of Mykonos. Though many boutique hotels have bars with that cool tropical club feeling with delicious drinks. In Santorini, you’re better off finding a hip hotel bar than venturing off to other parts of the island for nightlife.
3. What was the prettiest beach?
We stumbled upon Nammos beach in Mykonos down the street from our hotel, widely known for its beach club atmosphere, this spot makes you feel like you’re on cloud nine and its hard to beat.
