All returns following the guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for store credit only, no direct refunds will be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online or in-store.
Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales and/or with discount codes are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return.

If your package arrives in due time, your return will be inspected and processed for store credit. You will be notified via email to the address used upon checking out with a store credit amount.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the return arrival date to receive notification on your return status.
At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions.
Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer
Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not ISHINE365.
ISHINE365 values 100% customer satisfaction. Defective items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to insure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
